Alternative Dispute Resolution

Under the terms of Law no. 144/2015, we would like to inform you that, in the event of a consumer dispute, consumers can turn to an official alternative dispute resolution organisation. These organisations are independent, impartial and aim to help consumers and companies resolve conflicts outside the courts - more quickly, cheaply and effectively.

Alternative dispute resolution includes mechanisms such as mediation, conciliation and arbitration, and is especially useful when you want to resolve a conflict without initiating legal proceedings.
