How to buy

To make purchases on www.landexpert4x4.pt, you need to register as a customer by filling in the online form. After registering, simply add the items you want to buy to your virtual shopping basket - all products have their price visible.

Product availability

"In Stock" items

They are available for immediate dispatch. However, occasional stock shortages may occur due to system updates.

In cases of almost simultaneous purchase of the same item (when there is only 1 unit in stock), it will be allocated to the customer who pays first.

Made-to-order" items

Can be added to the basket as normal. After payment, our team will contact you with a more precise delivery time.

Mixed Orders

If your order includes "In Stock" and "On Order" items, you can choose to split the delivery at the checkout, allowing you to receive the available products immediately and the rest in a second delivery.

Finalising your purchase

Follow all the steps indicated in the purchase process to completion. Only when the order has been correctly finalised will it be considered valid.

Some items on our site do not have a visible price. In these cases, you should add the item to the quotation request basket.

Our team will respond as quickly as possible, providing all the necessary information about the item(s) requested.

Current promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusive to online sales.

All prices shown are exclusive to online purchases.

If you wish to collect your order in shop but benefit from the online price, you must select the ‘Store collection’ option at checkout.

Order validation and acceptance of conditions

By placing an order on the www.landexpert4x4.pt website, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accept the terms contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Use, available for consultation online.

Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, the conclusion of the purchase process represents the conclusion of a distance contract with legal value.

Land Expert 4x4 electronically registers the order and the transaction data, which constitute proof of the contract concluded between the parties.

In accordance with the law, Land Expert 4x4 undertakes to store the electronic document formalising the contract on a durable medium, keeping it accessible to the Customer on request.

Land Expert 4×4 will only process an order once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the time the order is placed and its destination, as well as stock availability.

Land Expert 4×4 only dispatches on working days and does not take weekends or public holidays into account when calculating delivery times. Nevertheless, the dates indicated for the delivery of orders are merely estimates and are not binding.

In the event of unavailability of any product ordered, and after contacting the supplier to check the possibility of replacing the missing item, Land Expert 4×4 will contact the customer if there is a change in the delivery time or price of the product. The order will only be processed with the express consent of the customer.

If the product ordered is completely out of stock, Land Expert 4×4 may suggest that the customer be supplied with an item of equivalent quality and price, if available. In this situation too, the order will only go ahead with the customer's express consent.

In the event of total unavailability of stock of the product ordered, and if it is not possible to offer the Customer an item of equivalent quality and price, or if the Customer has not given their consent to change the order originally placed, Land Expert 4×4 will refund the amounts paid by the Customer within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days.

Any delay in dispatching the items in relation to the estimated delivery dates shall not entitle the Customer to any indemnity or compensation.
