Cancellations, exchanges and returns

The following terms and conditions only apply to purchases made at www.landexpert4x4.pt

The customer may cancel their order at any time until it leaves the shop, with the right to a full refund of the sums paid. This right does not apply to items that are not available in stock, belonging to the "to order" and "by quotation" categories.

Exchanges and returns are subject to specific rules, depending on the type of product. For the return to be considered valid, the following essential requirements must be met:

• The item must be returned together with the return form requested in advance.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must show no traces of installation or use.
• All postage will be the responsibility of the customer, using a "door to door" delivery service.
• Returns with collect postage will not be accepted.

All items will be checked on arrival at our company. Only items that fulfil the conditions established for returns will be accepted for exchange or return.
